Are you passionate about creating safer communities and supporting individuals and families

affected by gender-based violence? Changing Ways is seeking dedicated and community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors. As a not-for-profit organization based in London, Ontario, Changing Ways provides innovative programming that supports men in making positive changes in their relationships, while also working to end intimate partner violence. Our board plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring accountability, and championing our mission across the community.

We are looking for individuals who bring diverse perspectives, professional skills, and a commitment to ending domestic violence. Experience within the sector or within health care is especially valued.

Board members can expect to:

• Attend monthly board meetings (last Thursday morning of the month)

• Participate on subcommittees

• Act as ambassadors for Changing Ways in the community

• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational oversight
